Hi, I'm Xavier.
I lead Sanctum, a boutique team based in McLean, Virginia. We cap how many clients we take on at a time, so every project gets senior attention. No rotating cast of juniors.
Where I come from
I'm Latino. I started in technical support and escalations at Citi, which is a fast way to learn what happens when systems and people do not talk to each other.
Since then I've worked inside healthcare software, consulting for large banks and payment companies including Capital One, TD Bank, and Mastercard, and on an FDA regulated clinical trial app for Pfizer. The common thread was always the same: fixing how work moves between people and systems.
Why Sanctum exists
The small businesses in my own community never got that kind of help. Consulting firms priced them out. AI changed the math. Work that used to take a large firm now takes a small senior team with good tools, so we can offer the same thinking at a price a small business can actually pay.
