Straight answers.

The questions people ask on almost every first call. If yours is not here, ask it.

General.

Ask a question
Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. You need to know what eats your week. We handle the tools and show you how to use what we build in plain language.

What happens on the first call?

Thirty minutes, free. You walk us through a normal week, we ask a lot of questions, and you leave with at least one idea you can use whether you hire us or not.

Who owns the website and the accounts?

You do. Your domain, hosting, and tools are registered in your name. We get delegated access to do the work, never your passwords.

Can we cancel a monthly plan?

Yes, with one month’s notice. No long contracts, no hostage situations.

Do you only work in Virginia?

No. Most work happens remotely anywhere in the US. In Northern Virginia and DC, we are happy to come to you.

How many clients do you take on?

Only a few at a time, on purpose. We cap how many clients we take on at a time, so every project gets senior attention. If we are full, we tell you when the next opening is.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. Websites, automations, and calls can be in English or Spanish at no extra cost.

AI back office.

Ask a question
What if an agent gets something wrong?

Anything that leaves your business waits for your approval, so a bad draft never reaches a client. We review the first few weeks with you and tune the agent before giving it more freedom.

Which tools does it work with?

Email, calendars, spreadsheets, common CRMs, practice management tools, accounting tools, and texting. If something cannot connect safely, we tell you before you pay for anything.

Do you need my passwords?

No. We ask for delegated access or a user invite. When a tool does not support that, we use a one time secure link, never a password in an email.

Is my data used to train AI models?

We set up business accounts with providers whose terms keep your data out of model training, and we tell you which ones we use.

After hours assistant.

Ask a question
Is it allowed to text people back automatically?

Replying to someone who just contacted you is the lowest risk case, but consent and carrier rules still apply. We set up consent language and the carrier registration US texting requires. Read our texting consent guide.

Will callers know it is automated?

Yes. The assistant introduces itself as your assistant and never pretends to be you. People mostly care that someone answered.

What if someone has an urgent problem?

You choose the rule. It can share an emergency line, text you right away, or tell them when you open.

Can it work in other languages?

Yes. Spanish is common for our clients and costs nothing extra.

$1K small business website.

Don't see yours? Ask it and you'll get a straight answer.

Ask a question
Is it really $1,000?

It starts there, and most small business sites fit. If you need more, like online ordering or extra pages, you get the price in writing before any work starts.

Why is it so much cheaper than an agency?

AI does the first draft of the design and code. A human designer still reviews and refines everything. We pass the time savings to you.

Who owns the site?

You do. The domain, hosting, and accounts are registered in your name.

I already have a website. Is this for me?

Probably not. If your site works but does not bring in leads, look at the after hours assistant or custom design instead.

Custom software.

Don't see yours? Ask it and you'll get a straight answer.

Ask a question
Can AI really build software for us?

Yes, with a person steering it. AI writes a lot of the code now, which is why this costs a fraction of what it used to. We still design it, test it, keep your data secure, and stay on the hook when something breaks.

When should we buy instead of build?

If an existing tool fits most of how you work, buy it. Build when the workarounds cost more hours than they save. Our build or buy guide walks through it.

What happens if we stop working together?

You keep the code and the data. We hand over everything needed to run it elsewhere.

How secure is it?

Logins with roles, encrypted connections, daily backups, and regular updates. We keep it boring on purpose.

Hosting and care.

Don't see yours? Ask it and you'll get a straight answer.

Ask a question
Can you host a site you didn’t build?

Often, yes. We look at what you have, tell you if moving it makes sense, and handle the move if it does.

What if I want to leave?

Give one month’s notice. Everything is already in your name, so there is nothing to untangle.

How fast are changes made?

Small changes usually land within two business days.

Law firms.

Don't see yours? Ask it and you'll get a straight answer.

Ask a question
Does the assistant give legal advice?

No. It collects contact details and the basic facts of the inquiry, sends your intake form, and offers consult times. Anything substantive goes to an attorney.

How do conflict checks work?

New names are checked against your client and adverse party lists before a consult is offered. Possible matches are flagged for a person to review.

We already have a website. Do we need a new one?

Usually not. We can plug intake into the site you have. A rebuild only makes sense if the current site is costing you consults.

Does this work with our practice management software?

Most common practice management tools connect. We confirm yours on the first call before you commit.
